Forge Craft National Accounts provides equipment, furniture, millwork and smallware packages along with design and logistics management services for restaurant chains. The FCNA Division is led by Kyle Johnson, an industry veteran with almost three decades of experience satisfying the most demanding of customers. Significantly, our project management and customer service team has many years of chain restaurant related experience and have won awards for their can-do attitude and attention to detail.
Our philosophy for partnering with clientele is to become their out-sourced `in-house` equipment supply division. We can scale up quickly as growth demands and shift personnel to other concepts as the tide wanes. For in-house managed purchasing this can lead to awkward overhead momentum issues better not dealt with! Most of the big players in the industry out-source their development purchasing for this very reason.
We have in-house and subcontractor installation crews that have worked with us for years; they are acutely aware of our quality standards. Even so, when bringing on a new chain client the project manager associated with that account will be on site for the first few stores’ deliveries. We work alongside the installers to debug and perfect our process and improve product knowledge unique to every concept. It is our goal to mold our processes to your concept’s individual needs.
Finally, in the interest of `finishing strong’ and exceeding expectations every customer is supplied with a Cloud based Warranty & Service Portal unique to his concept and store.
