FCNA provides design and logistics management services along with equipment, furniture, millwork and smallware packages for restaurant chains.   While most chain concepts have boilerplate payouts there we provide CAD layout services for concepts that tend to have a different footprint from one store to the next and for those engaging in prototype rethinking.

The recently formed FCNA Division is led by Kyle Johnson, an industry veteran with almost three decades of experience satisfying the most demanding of commercial account customers.  Having worked with chains both large and small, it was decided that the newest division of the Maven Group would focus on emerging chains for whom his knowledge and experience can play a more significant and rewarding role in their growth and development.

Significantly, we have also recruited a project management and customer service team with many years of chain restaurant related experience.  They have won awards for their can-do attitude and attention to detail.
Our philosophy for guiding a customer’s specification and procurement decisions is based on lessons learned supplying over a 1,000 restaurant packages in 47 states in the continental US and parts of Central America. Beyond performance and longevity criteria there is also the extremely important consideration of a manufacturer’s reputation for standing up for their warranty problems and doing so promptly.  We hate equipment problems that repeat themselves, linger and seem to happen 1,000 miles away from the office!  This is a key factor in determining the overall value of a particular brand / model for equipment in the selection process. 

Our philosophy for partnering with clientele is to become their out-sourced `in-house` supply and problem solutions division!

We have in-house and subcontracted installation crews that have worked for and with us for years and they know our quality demands. Even so, when bringing on a new chain client we will have the project manager associated with that account on site for the first few stores’ delivery to work alongside the installers to debug and perfect the process as quickly as possible.  Every concept is unique and it is the desire and capability to mold our processes to individual customer’s needs that help set us apart.

This is a relationship business and we treat it as such.  We don’t mail out brochures and call it a day.  If you are serious about making a change in, or augmenting, your supply chain then we are serious enough to get on a plane and discuss things face to face.  I cannot find out enough about your business, goals, chokepoints and frustrations from a brochure we send to you!
